We were happy to lend a hand in kickstarting Ogma Brewing in Jackson by attending their Kickstarter fundraising party at the site of the new brewery.

Our chant, “Open, Open, Open” kept time with the sleet hitting the windshield while we waited in the car for the for Lake Ann Brewing Company to open. Our chant worked! Not only did the doors open but we got a very special treat. 

Mother Nature tried to rain on our parade, so we made the best of it by seeking fine Michigan beers in the Leelanau peninsula.

This year’s 4 Elf Party got off to a curious start which led to new friendships, discoveries about old friends and the launch of the holiday season. 

A birthday celebration at Dark Horse for our pal Wiseguy included an unexpected review of super ninja pumpkin carving skills while enjoying a tasty beverage.
