Based in Southeast Michigan, The Wildflowers are an Americana trio featuring Hilary Finchum, Kandy Fredrick, and Shannon Lee. The group blends rich vocal harmonies with acoustic instrumentation—including fiddle, guitar, and mandolin—to create a sound rooted in folk and country traditions. Each member brings a wealth of individual experience to the trio: Shannon Lee is a longtime Ann Arbor-area performer, Kandy Fredrick is an established songwriter with Kentucky roots, and Hilary Finchum is a Tennessee-born ethnomusicologist with a diverse background ranging from classical to progressive rock.

Folk singer-songwriter Misty Lyn Bergeron has cultivated a loyal following with her six-piece band, The Big Beautiful, but her music reaches new potential when stripped down to its essential form.
