Canton Brew Works Pop-Up Dinner with Chefs Jason Osburn & Brandon O’Sullivan
The Canton Brew Works and Chefs Jason Osburn and Brandon O’Sullivan served some excellent beer and food during their Pop-Up Dinner in January. If you are unfamiliar with the Pop-Up Dinner concept, it is a temporary restaurant to provide new chefs exposure. For this Pop-Dinner, Canton Brew Works which typically doesn’t serve food, teamed up with two excellent chefs to provide dinner and beer.
The GIG Opening
The opening for the GIG: The Art of Michigan Music was on Friday, January 15, 2016, at the Ann Arbor Art Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The exhibit spotlights the artists behind the music scene and also give patrons the immersive experience of the diverse Michigan music scene from promotion to performance.

Detroit Fall Beer Festival – The Usual Suspects
Detroit’s Eastern Market was the crime scene for the Michigan Brewers Guild 7th Annual Detroit Fall Beer Festival. It boasted an all star line-up of over 80 breweries and more than 675 beers. All of the usual suspects were in attendance and even a few mysterious characters. If you watched the 1995 movie, The Usual Suspects, you can’t help asking, “Who is Keyser Soze?” We’ve identified a few persons of interest.
