I’m not going to lie! I love Frank’s Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce. I may love parchment paper and white wine  more, but when you combine all three it is true love!

Frank's Red Hot, Brussels Sprouts and Winter Squash = True Love

Are you are looking for an easy and delicious dinner? Do you love Frank’s Red Hot Chili Sauce, Brussels Sprouts, Winter Squash and brown rice? I’ve got a suggestion for you, plus it is also an opportunity to use parchment paper.

Brown Rice

Make several servings.

Brussels Sprouts and Squash

I was searching for a new Brussels Sprouts recipe and found this incredibly easy and delicious recipe on Jeanetts’s Healthy Living site. Follow this  recipe, but use parchment paper!

Parchment Paper

What is the deal with parchment paper? Until recently, I didn’t use parchment paper routinely. Yes, I’d use it to bake Christmas cookies but never to cook veggies or tofu. A clever vegan blogger recently said, “line the baking sheet with parchment.” Resentfully, I found the parchment paper in the back of the cupboard. OMG! What a time saver! Thank you!

Combine!

Here is the miracle, when you combine everything you’ve got a very delicious and easy dinner!
