Little Sable Point Lighthouse in Mears Michigan
Standing tall on Lake Michigan’s shore is Little Sable Point Lighthouse and it is a beauty. We caught the lighthouse bug last summer during our romp about Michigan. It is highly contagious. After you tour one, you’ll find yourself scanning the beach for the familiar beacon.

Just north of Hancock, Michigan in the heart of the Keweenaw Peninsula is the Quincy Mine. It’s been closed over 70 years, but tours are available. A Tour of Colonial Michilimackinac
Colonial Michilimackinac is the last exit before Mackinaw Bridge and is packed with history and photo opportunities. It was the first stop on our 2017 Michigan Tour of Places we’ve always said we wanted to checkout or did and can’t remember. I think you could safely call it the 2017 Michigan Middle Age Tour
