Parchment Paper

What is the deal with parchment paper? Until recently, I didn’t use parchment paper routinely. Yes, I’d use it to bake Christmas cookies but never to cook veggies or tofu. A clever vegan blogger recently said, “line the baking sheet with parchment.” Resentfully, I found the parchment paper in the back of the cupboard. OMG! What a time saver! Thank you!

Combine!

Here is the miracle, when you combine everything you’ve got a very delicious and easy dinner!
