ArtPrize 2015 begins on Wednesday, September 23rd, and runs through October 11th. Images from Life In Michigan is an exhibit at the Tin Can Grand Rapids. Life In Michigan’s images are one of more than 1,500 works of art in more than 160 venues featured at ArtPrize 2015.
We need your help! (This is your call to action!) GO to Grand Rapids and vote for the art you love. And go the Tin Can on or before Saturday, October 3, at 4 pm and register to enter a free raffle to win 20×30 LifeInMichigan print.
ArtPrize – How to Vote
You need to be within the ArtPrize boundaries to vote. (This is very important!) You can use the ArtPrize mobile app or you can register in person at an ArtPrize Voting site. There are voting instructions on the ArtPrize website. I’ve read them and I’m planning to use the ArtPrize mobile app, it sounds way easier. Download now for iOS and Android.
Artwork Give Away
We are dragging some of our best friends to Grand Rapids on 10/3 (Saturday) and we will be at the Tin Can. We want to invite all of our Life In Michigan friends to join us too! In case you are wondering what the Tin Can is like, check out the post we did a few weeks back. I’ve heard talk of drink specials to honor this special day!
At 4:30 pm we will give away ONE 20×30 canvas. To enter the free raffle just stop by the Tin Can between 9/23 and 10/3 at 4:00 pm and enter your name in the drawing — only one entry per person. If we discover you’ve stuffed the box you’ll be disqualified. (Seriously, who would do that!) You don’t need to be present to win. We will ship the canvas to you or for the really lucky winner, we will personally deliver it to your door step.
